HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ?

In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 15 min. After those 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

It can happen that a product is out of stock. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, you can reach us through our live chat and one of our Dedicated Advisors will assist you in the process.

WHAT HAPPENED IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK ?

All items are shipped in ASG signature packaging.

CAN I GET MY PURCHASE GIFT-WRAPPED ?

There are different types of earrings:


- The single or mono earring: it is sold as 1 unit and doesn't come as a pair. If you want to create a pair, order this earring in 2 quantities or mix it with another ASG earring.


- The ear cuff or sliding earring: it does not require your ear to be pierced, you can adjust it on your ear.


- The asymmetric earrings: the 2 earrings creating the pair don't have the same design.


- The hoop earring: these earrings are in a hoop design


- The under-lobe earring: it is composed by 2 parts. The under-lobe part can be placed behind your lobe while being visible, or it can be removed to wear the other part alone, as a stud.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF EARRINGS ?

Our products are made of 925 silver.

Some of our products are made with 18K white gold or yellow gold for example the bespoke items, also most of our products are plated (3 microns) with either rhodium, white or yellow gold . It is anti-tarnishing and anti-allergenic.

Stones used are zirconia, spinel, synthetic ruby, amethyst, tourmaline, apatite, nacre and fresh water pearls. Components vary from one product to another.

WHAT KIND OF MATERIAL DO YOU USE ?

None of our products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials. Our company is ISO 9001-2000 certified.

CAN 925 SILVER CAUSE ALLERGIES ?

Our jewels are carefully handcrafted by our experienced teams in our own ateliers. All of our stones are hand-set using high jewellery techniques.


However, if a manufactured fault occurs to your item you will be covered by our 90 Day Manufacturers’ Warranty. The 90 days commences from the date of delivery receipt. In the event of a faulty item, ASG may repair or replace the defective item free of charge. 


We encourage you to inspect and try on your item as soon as you receive it. If there is a manufacturer’s fault, it will become apparent immediately or within a short time.


Shocks, abrasive products and inappropriate use can alter the quality of the jewel faster.

The delivery time frame depends on the product ordered.

For non-personalizable products:

You will receive your order within 9 days.

If you order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address.


ASG will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We hope that you are delighted with your item, but if you are not, your purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery. 


All custom pieces (including personalization such as engraving), and bespoke orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 


We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original ASG packaging.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

Please contact us to get the Return & Exchange form, we will provide you the shipping address.


Kindly fill the form and return your jewel(s) in its (their) original packaging


If you choose to return your jewelry with a tracking number, please notify us by email at contact@astrongal.com


We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving your jewellery. After received your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.


* Please note that ASG is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns. You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.


ASG will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT ?

If you returned your product by mail to contact@astrongal.com, the refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.


Please note that we can refund only products purchased online. Products purchased in one of our Third Party stores cannot be refunded online, you may need to contact the store for returning.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We provide 90 days international manufacturer fault warranty on every products. Customers with valid proof of purchase could enjoy our complimentary repair services however the warranty will not cover any mistreatments of the jewels for example; but are not limited to, surface scratches, color fading under normal wear and tear, missing components or any damages resulting from misuse and hence a repair fee will be occurred. WHAT IS ASG 90 DAYS WARRANTY ?

If your product is not under warranty anymore, we still offer repair services with charges, please contact our customer service by clicking the live chat window on the bottom right-side of the page, our friendly assistant will help you to evaluate the fixing fee. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY 90 DAYS WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED ?

To repair an ASG jewel, please contact us by clicking the live chat window, you might need to send us the jewellery piece by delivering to our ateliers.

HOW DO I REPAIR AN ASG PIECE OF JEWELRY ?

Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning services which are done with an ultrasonic machine. The postal fees might be applied, for any more information please contact us by clicking here live chat to talk with our shop assistant.
